Shanna is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
“I began my nursing career as a RN after receiving my Associates Degree in 2012.
I continued to pursue my education and received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing followed by my Masters of Science in Nursing, both from West Texas A&M University with honors.
I have over 10 years working in the fields of nursing and advanced nursing practice. The majority of my clinical background includes acute inpatient care, outpatient ambulatory surgical care, hospice/end of life care, primary care, urgent care, pediatrics, and overall health and wellness.
I have always had a love for cosmetic/aesthetic medicine and procedures. I continued my educational journey as a cosmetic injector and received my certifications in Botox/Advanced Injectables, Cosmetic Dermal Fillers, and Advanced Laser-Light procedures in 2015. I have received multiple advanced trainings/certifications and continue to stay up to date with the latest techniques/procedures within the industry.
My passion is to accentuate one’s natural beauty and self-confidence with individualized treatments in a safe and effective manner.
It makes my heart happy to build connections with each one of my clients on their aesthetic and wellness journey.

Elizabeth Saldana

My name is Elizabeth Saldana (Leesahh) I am a Licensed Laser Professional & Medical Assistant. My love for skin started when I worked in dermatology. I have experience working in both fast-paced environments and private physician practices. I perform a number of different laser therapies that improve a person's aesthetic appearance including hair removal, and minimization of skin imperfections. I can admit I am always seeking knowledge and the opportunity to learn more about new practices and procedures in the aesthetic industry that is constantly changing. I enjoy searching for and using the best beauty items and services available. My ultimate goal is to help each client achieve and maintain healthy skin while making them feel beautiful…mind, body, face, and soul. On a personal level I am a wife, mother and grandmother to some amazing babies. I enjoy wind therapy, and even tho I cannot swim I love the palm trees and ocean. My home away from home would definitely be the mountains. Let’s not forget Coffee aka Caffecito can turn a frown upside down!
Zaid Fadul, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Zaid Fadul's focus in medicine has been on improving patient outcomes and building better care delivery systems. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. He also has the privilege of serving in the US Air Force Reserve as a Flight Surgeon, where his training is focused on Occupation and Aerospace Medicine. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for SteadyHand Medical and the President of the Maricopa County Medical Society.
Dr. Fadul has completed injectables training for both Botox and fillers multiple times, and has served as Medical Director for a number of NPs practicing in aesthetics over the last 5 years.
Dr. Fadul completed his Medical Doctorate at the Ross University School of Medicine, and recently completed a Healthcare Leadership Program at Harvard.
Outside his day job, Dr Fadul has traveled extensively as a photographer and is proficient in Spanish and conversational Arabic. Dr. Fadul is a proud father of 3 with his loving and supportive wife.
